The Herald kicks off 100 Days of Summer

An ad containing information about the annual Herald/Best Wings USA 100 Days of Summer appears on page A-10 in today’s edition of The Herald.

The annual celebration gets under way officially today. Highlighting the promotion, which runs through Labor Day, will be a Saturday afternoon baseball game in Cleveland, a four-day, three-night vacation, a daily giveaway of buckets of award-winning wings from Best Wings USA in Sharon and Youngstown State University’s opening football game against Slippery Rock in August.

Information and a coupon are contained in today’s ad about the game Aug. 5 at Jacobs Field between the Cleveland Indians and the Anaheim Angels.

Best Wings USA/Quaker Steak and Lube again is a co-sponsor of the 100 Days and has been involved with the promotion since it began 11 years ago. The Herald will be a sponsor of Western Pennsylvania Night at Youngstown State University’s season-opening game Thursday, Aug. 31, at Stambaugh Stadium with the Slippery Rock Rockets.
