Charles T. Watt, 19, of 852 E. Jamestown Road, Greene Township, and Jerry W. Alabran Sr., 36, of 420 Donation Road, Otter Creek, were put in the back of a cruiser while police investigated a call at Alabran’s home, police said.

The pair managed to get out of the cruiser and ran into nearby woods, police said.

Watt was charged with underage drinking, police said.

Watt is 5-foot-4 and weighs 130 pounds.

He has brown hair and eyes and a goatee. We was last seen wearing baggy blue jeans and a gray shirt.
