Woman will face cop-hitting charge in county court
Charges against a Farrell woman who allegedly hit a policeman in the head with a cordless telephone have been held for court.
Exzabria Harrison, also known as Sherri Anderson, 23, of 709 Lee Ave., Farrell, was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Ms. Harrison interfered with the arrest of two men who were fighting at 2:30 a.m. May 4 in the 700 block of Lee, police said.
The men were cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, police said.
Cpl. Jon Rococi was treated at UPMC Horizon, Farrell.
Charges were held for court May 18 by District Justice Henry J. Russo, Hermitage.
Ms. Harrison was released after posting $3,000 bond.
