Allied News Editor While working as the Eastern United States Sales Manager for the former Cooper-Cameron Corp., Dave Stewart was responsible for purchasing training for his sales group. So, when he split from Cooper-Cameron in 2002, Stewart didn't have to look far for his new career. He was already familiar with Sandler Sales Institute. From it came his franchise: Stewart Sales Training, Inc. His office is at 234 W. Pine St. in Grove City. "The reason I got into Sandler is it isn't a one or two-day seminar," Stewart said. "It's a heavily reinforced training." Sandler Sales Institute is a world-wide company made up of 180 franchises that help train sales people long-term. Around 60,000 people per year are trained through Sandler Sales Institute franchises. "It's not a quick-fix training seminar," Stewart said. "It's incremental training to develop people's sales skills." |
