Whether you are looking
for a special gift for a gradu-
ation, wedding, first com-
munion or memorial service,
The Engraving Place has
what you are looking for
whatever the occasion.

2011.
A
S h e n a n g o
Valley na-
tive, I operate the shop with
the help of my sister, Judi
Reagle. Over the years, the
range of products has grown
beyond what you might ex-
pect to find -- pewter book-
marks, night lights, wine ac-
cessories, wind chimes,
clocks and some Wendell
August Forge items. And
since it is The Engraving
Place, all gifts can be person-
alized to make it a tribute to
special times and special
people in your life.
You can choose from
dozens of gifts for every oc-
casion including photo al-
bums, picture frames, cuff
links, money clips, jewelry
boxes, lockets, and more. All
items can be engraved with
a name, date, and/or a per-
sonal message.
Your wedding day can be
commemorated with cake
knives and toasting glasses.
We can special order garters,
unity candles and ring bear-
er pillows. As gifts for brides-
maids and groomsmen, we
can engrave not only
bracelets, pendants, and oth-
er jewelry, but also flasks,
lighters and mirror com-
pacts.
The Engraving Place also
offers custom embroidery on
items such as baby blankets,
sweatshirts, backpacks, and
even bandannas for pets. For
funerals, we can embroider a
woven tapestry throw. En-
graved wind chimes and
memory music boxes also
have become popular as me-
morial keepsakes.
With more than 25 years
experience as a gift consult-
ant, I can help you choose
the gift, the lettering style,
and the special message.
You usually can take your
personalized item home with
you the same day.
For your sports team, or-
ganization or business, The
Engraving Place carries tro-
phies, gavels, awards, name
tags, name plates, desk sets,
etc. When it comes time to
reward an employee for a
special recognition or retire-
ment, we have a large variety
of plaques. If you order
items from the Internet, you
will not get the professional
advice and personal service
you get in my store. Our
products come with the
peace of mind in knowing
who is doing the work. And
we stand behind everything
we sell. If you have a prob-
lem with anything you pur-
chase, just bring it in and
we'll take care of it.
We have the hard-to-find
medical ID tags and
bracelets in stock. Wearing a
medical ID offers you and
your loved ones peace of
mind. The store sells pet
identification tags as well.
Also, we cut keys while you
wait.
The Engraving Place of-
fers you a place to find the
perfect keepsake 2012 is
busy for video production
early in the new year.

Nonni’s Corner Trattoria
When you’re enjoying
what you do, a year goes by
quickly. Nonni’s Corner Trat-
toria celebrates its first full
calendar year of serving the
wonderful residents and visi-
tors of the Grove City area.
As many can attest Helena
Valenza – or Nonni as she’s
known to her grandchildren
and her patrons – puts her
all into everything she pre-
pares for her guests.
Whether it’s her signature
tomato sauce and delicious
meatballs or her phenomenal
chicken cacciatore, she
makes everything as though
her grandchildren were eat-
ing every bite. It’s not un-
common for her guests to
shed an occasional happy
tear in tasting something as
wonderful as their own
grandmother used to make.
Nothing makes Nonni happi-
er than seeing her guests en-
joying themselves.
Her outstanding tomato
sauce is a cornerstone of the
wonderful dishes she cre-
ates. Served over spaghetti
or any of her other pastas
like delicate capellini, hearty
penne, whole wheat or
gluten-free pasta, it’s out-
standing.
Chicken parmesan with
whole meat chicken breasts
coated in Nonni’s seasoned
breading and delicious egg-
plant parmesan are Southern
Italian treats. Lasagna with
layers of pasta, cheeses, and
meat baked to a hearty per-
fection embodies many Ital-
ian flavors all in a single
dish. And, of course, Nonni’s
indescribably
satisfying
chicken cacciatore in the
richest red sauce is a perfect
example of the rustic good-
ness Nonni’s family was
served growing up in Ameri-
ca and in Italy.
Having grown up learning
from the skillful hands of her
grandmother, she brings
many generations of recipes
to life on her menu. Nonni
spent many years working in
and managing her father’s
Italian restaurant that was a
landmark for nearly 50 years
in Clearfield, her hometown.
Her daughter, Camille
Valenza-Hazelton, and son,
Dave Valenza, had the same
advantage of
growing up
in
the
restaurant.
D e l e c -
t a b l e
desserts are the responsibilit
of Camille, who is also sous
chef.
The quintessential creamy
Italian classic, tiramisu, cit-
rusy lemon squares, fresh
baked apple-walnut-caramel
pie and locally made gelatos
are examples of the fine
desserts you’ll find there.
Espressos and rich cappucci-
nos and delicious flavors go
hand in hand with these fine
desserts.
Dave Valenza proudly
serves as the restaurant’s
owner and general manager.
He, along with Nonni and
Camille, opened their own
restaurant after many years
of saving and planning. As
he explains, having all the
families together in the beau-
tiful setting of Grove City, is
a wonderful blessing.
Nonni’s elegant atmos-
phere makes it a great
choice for rehearsal dinners,
parties, meetings and other
celebrations. Live entertain-
ment on Fridays and Satur-
days has established Nonni’s
as a new, intimate venue for
many of the area’s soft jazz,
Italian ballad, and soft pop
musicians. You may be
pleased to hear classic Italian
melodies strummed live on
mandolin.
Their fine list of wines,
beers and spirits is a won-
derful dining complement to
consider as well.

L’uva Bella Winery & Bistro
L’uva Bella Winery &
Bistro, located on state route
224 in Lowellville, Ohio, is
proving that great wine and
food can be found in the
Youngstown area.
Frank Sergi, owner, is a
winemaker at heart and
had the idea of establishing
a winery for many years. In
2006, he purchased a build-
ing to house both an ex-
panding winemaking juice
distribution business and a
winery with a traditionally-
inspired tasting room remi-
niscent of Tuscany.
Once inside there is a
cozy ambiance of golden-
hued stucco walls with dark
wood and soft lighting. Floor-
to-ceiling wine racks cover
the walls where a wine bar
sits center stage. Tables are
intimately arranged in the
dining room

Jeff Can-
z o n e t t a ,
head chef, has added fine
dining to L’uva Bella’s great
wine. You can enjoy wood
fired brick oven pizza or a
New York Strip Steak din-
ner.
Charles Crespi,
wine
maker, creates many Cali-
fornia, Italian, and Chilean
wine styles and loves every
minute of it. Among his
creations are Cranberry
Chianti, Holiday Petit Syrah,
Pinot Noir and newly re-
leased Italian Sangiovese.
L’uva Bella is a family
business with Sergi’s wife,
Ruth, handling operations
and his daughters, Michelle
and Marisa, helping out in
the kitchen and dining
room on weekends.
