Nestor (152) has won all three of hits bouts via pins and will meet Easton's Ryan Dailey for the title. Also for Reynolds Jake Habel (103), Justin Hollobaugh (130), Owen Brickell (135), Rocky Habel (140), Nate Kimmy (160) and David May (171) each went 2-1 on Friday, while Jerry Kendall (112) Travis Battles (119), Josh Cilas (125), Nick Sommerfeld and Mike Hills (275) each split a pair of bouts. Dylan Middleton (145) dropped both of his matches. In addition to Nestor, Kendall, Battles, Hollobaugh, Rocky Habel and May advanced to the semifinals, where they are guaranteed of placing among the top six in their respective weight class. Kendall dropped a 4-2 verdict to Dallastown's Brian Dunlap, a returning state placewinners, while Battles bowed 5-2 to Neshaminy's John Denny, who ended eighth at state last year. |
