Human relations workshop planned
A workshop for Mercer County employers, organizations and human relations commissions will be from 1 to 4 p.m. April 4 in Shenango Campus of Pennsylvania State University’s Forum.
George Simmons and Robert Fulton, of Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission’s Pittsburgh Regional Office will facilitate the event with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission representatives.
Pennsylvania Human Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions functions, legal and illegal interview and job application questions and sexual harrassment and disability laws affect local groups will be covered.
Farrell Human Relations Commission, Shenango Valley Urban League and City of Sharon Human Relations Program are sponsors.
