Inmate death ruled heart attack
Thomas Azzarello, 40, an inmate at the State Regional Correctional Facility in Findley Township, died at 7:22 p.m. Saturday from a heart attack, said Scott Black, Mercer County deputy coroner.
Azzarello had been in the jail since 1996, serving a five- to 20-year sentence for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse in Beaver County, according to the prison.
