Route 18 to be resurfaced
PennDOT has planned a project to start this month that will resurface parts of Route 18 in Mercer County.
Sharon Paving will complete the work under contract to PennDOT at a cost of $548,544 using state and federal funds. Work will include milling and resurfacing the road and shoulders on Route 18 between Buckwalter Road and the Lawrence County line.
Completion is expected by mid-July. Traffic will be maintained during construction.
