MASURY, CLARK

Pretrial, trial set for accused flasher

A former Masury man who was charged with public indecency after allegedly exposing himself to female children near Brookfield's Addison Elementary School faces a final pretrial Jan. 24 and a jury trial Feb. 7, according to records at Trumbull County Eastern District Court.

Roger Mayle Jr., 32, of 40 McMinn Road, Clark, was charged by Brookfield police Sept. 12 after complaints he was standing naked in a second-floor bedroom window at his former home at 889 Judson St. and taunting females to come closer, police said.

The alleged victims range in age from 3 to adult.

Mayle told police at the time of his arrest that he was not guilty, and if he had been seen naked, he had a right to be naked in his home, police said.
