Assault, robbery incident draws reward offer

The following is this week's Mercer County Crime Solvers case:

  • Crime: Assault and robbery.

  • Details: A man was jumped by two men as he returned to his home Oct. 2, 2001, in the 300 block of Orchard Street in Sharon. The attackers assaulted the man and ran from the area. No other description of the attackers was available.

  • Call: Crime Solvers at (724) 347-HELP, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Callers can remain anonymous and still be eligible for a cash reward.
