Fast Track to Fame.tv offers singers and bands rotation of their videos, and fans can request their favorites, with the most popular videos getting more play. The roster contains more than 6,000 singers' and bands' video performances.

The Web site has a video-on-demand option where showcase participants can have their video placed for viewing anytime by their fans and those in the music and entertainment industry. The network also features an online CD store featuring independent artists.

"The quality of the picture and sound over the Internet are improving daily, especially with the advent of cable modems," said Locke.
