Federal jury finds Waagner guilty

CINCINNATI (AP) -- A man who made the FBI's most-wanted list last year because he was suspected of mailing hundreds of fake anthrax threats to abortion clinics was convicted on separate firearms and car theft charges.

A U.S. District Court jury on Thursday found Clayton Lee Waagner, 45, of Kennerdell, Venango County, guilty of all six charges against him. He faces 15 years to life in prison and fines of up to $250,000 on each count.

Waagner, who is not an attorney, defended himself. He said he was not surprised by the verdict but would appeal it.

Waagner lived in Sharon briefly in recent years.
