BROOKFIELD

Pantsless driver stops 2 young girls

A normal occurrence of a driver asking directions of some people walking on the side of the road was twisted Thursday evening by the fact that the driver had no pants on and the people he asked directions of were a couple of young girls, one 11 years old.

A white male in his thirties, balding with short black hair, and driving a newer black Monte Carlo with Dale Earnhardt stickers on the side rear windows asked two girls who were walking along Stewart Sharon Road toward Brookfield Township Community Park around 6 p.m. Tuesday how to find Hubbard Thomas Road, police said.

The girls gave him directions, then noticed he had a shirt on but no pants or underwear, police said. He then drove off.

The driver fits the description of a man seen driving with little or no clothes on in the Brookfield area in March and April on at least two separate occasions, police said. He was driving a car fitting a similar description at the time, and on both occasions, took pictures of the female he asked directions of, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Brookfield police at (330) 448-6960 during the day and (330) 675-2730 during evening and weekend hours.
