Pentecostal camp meeting set to open

"Camp Meeting 2002" is planned for Sunday through Friday at Pentecostal Holiness Campgrounds on Reynolds Industrial Park Road in Delaware Township.

Bishop James Leggett of International Pentecostal Holiness Church will minister Monday through Friday evenings.

Superintendent Wilbert G. Hadden, pastor of Greater Mount Zion Church of God in Christ, Farrell, will minister on the first night of the meeting.

Morning lecture services are set for 10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Evening services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Children's services for toddlers through age 12 will be at 7 p.m. daily.

World Mission and Evangelism Service will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, at which time the "Go Offering" will be taken.

The Rev. Dale Hawes, co-pastor of Wings of Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church in Lorain, Ohio, will serve as music director. Agape Christian Fellowship Pentecostal Holiness Church of Pittsburgh will sing Sunday. Special talent from local churches will be featured each night.

Cabins, tent space and camper facilities with electrical hook-ups are available for contribution toward the cost of electricity. There is a motel three miles from the camp. Homestyle meals will be served cafeteria style.
