Drug charges against woman head to court

A Farrell woman charged with selling crack cocaine to a confidential informant three times, and stiffing the cooperating witness once, will face the charges in court.

Lyndelle Harrison, 32, of 629 Emerson Ave., was charged by the state Attorney General's Office of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control with three counts each of delivery and possession of cocaine and criminal use of a telephone, and two counts of theft.

She was arrested Jan. 15.

According to police, she sold about an ounce of cocaine to the informant on Aug. 22 at 67 Maple Drive, Pymatuning Township, on Sept. 5 in at Hemitage motel parking lot, and on Oct. 10 at a Sherman Avenue residence in Sharon, police said.

Each time, she was paid $1,200 for the drugs, police said.

She also took $1,200 Oct. 31 in the parking lot of the Shenango Valley Mall, Hermitage, and promised to get cocaine, but never returned, police said.

District Justice Henry J. Russo, Hermitage, held all charges for court at a preliminary hearing Friday. She was released after posting $2,000 bond.
