Offshoot of healing ministry to open; training scheduled

International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR) announces the opening of My Father's House Healing Ministry next month in Sharon.

Healing Room ministry is patterned after John G. Lakes's ministry in the early 1900s in Spokane, Wash. According to the Christian faith-based ministry's information, thousands of people came to be healed and Spokane was proclaimed the healthiest city in the nation during that period of time. Healing rooms have been established nationwide and in eight foreign countries.

All people are welcome to come for prayer ministry. No fees are charged, but donations are gratefully accepted.

Directors of the Healing Room in the Sharon area are Gene and Margaret Kati, senior pastors of Wells of Life Ministries, Sharon. They have been trained by IAHR in Spokane and are members of IAHR. My Father's House Healing Ministry is also under the covering of Bruce Ladebu, founder and director of City of Hope Ministry Complex in Conneaut Lake.

Healing Room ministry works alongside current Christian ministries. Members of all Christian fellowships are welcome to become a part of the Healing Room ministry.

Training will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 4 and March 11. Healing rooms will be open to the public March 18. Ministry hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Healing rooms will be closed on holidays.

Location for training and the healing rooms is Wells of Life Ministries, 736 S. Oakland Ave..
