Yellow Ribbon Families, a bimonthly group which focuses on providing families with a forum to discuss military deployment and concerns for loved ones involved with the war in Iraq, is being organized by the Mercer County Unit of the American Red Cross. Mental health representatives will be available for service members' families. Military personnel will also be available to discuss insights about military action and what troops may be going through during military action. For more information, call Diane Mentch, director of emergency services at (724) 981-3205, Ext. 22, or Dawle Scheetz at (724) 981-7164 or visit the Web site: www.mercercopa.redcross.org |
