A Cleveland developer is proposing building three restaurants on the east side of North Hermitage Road, north of The Cookery, but city officials know little else about the proposal.

City commissioners have added the development to its official sewage plan, but officials have not received site- or land-development plans, said Marcia Hirschmann, director of planning of development.

She said city officials also do not know what restaurants are proposed for the site.

A call to the company, Steak and Buffet Inc., seeking comment was not returned.
