A Sharon restaurant group that made its name on wings and an automotive theme is clucking about its expansion plans.

Best Wings USA said Friday it has formed a new holding company and added a new management team to take its Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant chain to a higher level.

All of the company's business units, including Best Wings and Quaker Steak, will be consolidated into a new holding company, LUBE Holdings. Company founders George S. Warren III, president and chief executive officer, and Gary J. Meszaros, executive vice president and chief operating officer, will continue in their current capacities.
