Lisa Stewart, 37, of Farrell cradled her 11-month-old daughter Chardell as she perused the various booths set up Friday at the second annual "It's A Community Affair" health event.

After attending last year, Ms. Stewart said she wanted to come again, this time in search of community programs geared toward infants and child care.

"The information that they've passed out has been very helpful to me and my daughter," she said.
