A New Castle man faces serious charges after he allegedly assaulted police while helping a ring of teenagers attempting to steal shoes from an athletic store at the Prime Outlets of Grove City, police said. Around 4:30 p.m. Friday, police said, Rashad Fitzpatrick, 20, and four teenagers were caught stealing shoes from the store. Fitzpatrick fought back and tried to keep the juveniles from being arrested, police said. He assaulted state troopers while being arrested, spitting and kicking at them, police said. |
