on DUI charges A Greenville man was arrested on drunken driving charges twice Sunday, Greenville-West Salem Township police said. Michael A. Howard, 35, of 8 Shenango St., was arrested at 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and College Avenue, police said. After being brought to the police station and charged with drunken driving, police said Howard was released into the custody of his wife at 3:35 a.m. Ten minutes later, he was back in custody, after police stopped Howard again for drunken driving, this time on Cherry Way in Greenville.
