For two hours Saturday, part of the Shenango Valley Mall became a reading zone, as area youth participated in the Kids Discovery Club.

Associates in Counseling and Child Guidance is a primary sponsor of the Club, a biweekly program for children in the Valley.

The program, billed as "an interactive community program for children and parents," kicked off at 11 a.m. in front of JC Penney with "Fun with Books."
