Wherry in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Barbara J. Estman, 56, of 218 Reiber Road, Lackawannock Township, was charged in January by state police with tax collectors embezzlement between Jan. 1, 1987, and Sept. 1, 2001. She was released on non-monetary bond to await trial. Police said in January that Ms. Estman misappropriated the money from tax receipts and used the money for herself. |
