A Fredonia man was charged with receiving stolen property after some of the items sold at an auction of his business in Liberty Township were found to belong to General Electric of Grove City. A charge of receiving stolen property against Eddy J. Furey, 51, of 207 Mill St., was held to court at a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Justice Lawrence Silvis. He was arrested April 30 by state police, after some General Electric tools and gauges valued at almost $4,000 were found at a tool shop auction Furey held in December at 36 Airport Road in Liberty Township. |
