It was fog that caused a series of crashes Friday on Interstate 68 in western Maryland where two people were killed and hundreds were injured. It was also fog that caused a pickup truck to go through an intersection in South Pymatuning Township early Saturday, hit a house at 2085 Rutledge Road and land in the kitchen, according to the homeowner. Charlie Rayti said people have ended up in his garden before, but never in his house. The driver, who wasn't injured, caused an estimated $7,000 in damage and the impact moved the house off its foundation, Rayti said. |
