By Larissa Theodore
Herald Staff Writer

Dr. Matt Mueller, who recently retired after 14 years in the Navy, was presented a commendation medal for "distinguished heroism" and "meritorious service" in response to the tornado that devastated the borough of Clark. But 38-year-old Mueller, a physician in the Navy Reserves, says he was only doing what any respectable citizen would have done.
