By Larissa Theodore Herald Staff Writer A Clark doctor was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy for his bravery and heroics during the Nov. 11 tornado that hit Mercer County. Dr. Matt Mueller, who recently retired after 14 years in the Navy, was presented a commendation medal for "distinguished heroism" and "meritorious service" in response to the tornado that devastated the borough of Clark. But 38-year-old Mueller, a physician in the Navy Reserves, says he was only doing what any respectable citizen would have done. |
