A man convicted of confining a woman to his home and assaulting her is facing confinement of his own -- in prison.

Wayne Frazier Brabson, 46, of Volant, was sentenced Wednesday by Judge Dominick Motto to 8 to 25 years in a state correctional facility.

On March 19, a Lawrence County Common Pleas Court jury convicted Brabson of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and unlawful restraint.
