A Warren, Ohio, man hurt in a wreck that killed a Sharpsville man was released from St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, a hospital spokeswoman said Monday.

Timothy Mallory, 27, of Warren, was hurt when the car he was driving ran out of control struck an embankment and flipped over at 2:25 a.m. May 25 on state Route 60 in Lawrence County.

Mallory's passenger, Donald A. Kermiet, 34, Sharpsville, was killed in that crash.
