A 40-year-old Patagonia woman has been charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception for allegedly deceiving Allstate Insurance Co. by falsely claiming someone stole a necklace from her home, according to court documents. Prosecutors in the Pittsburgh office of the state Attorney General have subpoenaed six people to testify against Chari Kilroy, 120 Superior St. Mrs. Kilroy, who is accused of defrauding the insurance company of $2,650, was released on her own recognizance Thursday after arraignment before District Justice Henry Russo, Hermitage.
