The ERASE anti-drug coalition hopes to get a piece of a $9 million competitive grant to help enhance programs it already has in place. The Pennsylvania Department of Health's Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs and a team of agencies received a three-year $9 million award through the Federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. To qualify for grant money, a developing or existing program must support communities with building or expanding collaborative structures that address alcohol and substance abuse by young people and the community at large. |
