An autopsy was to be done Friday afternoon on the body of a man that was found by a passerby at about 11:30 a.m. along Lynnwood Drive in Hermitage, police said.

The heavily tattooed man had no identification on him and police have not been able to match his description with any missing-person reports, said Chief Edward Stanton.

There were no obvious signs of injury on the body, he said, adding there was no estimate of how long he might have been there.

The body was found about 4 feet from the road and 100 yards north of the bridge, he said.
