A hearing for a Patagonia woman charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception has been continued to later this month.

Chari Kilroy, 40, of 120 Superior St., allegedly deceived Allstate Insurance Co. of $2,650 by falsely claiming someone stole a necklace from her home on July 29, 2000, according to court documents.
