Cattron Group Inc. in Sharpsville and its affiliated businesses have been sold to an investment company and senior managers, said Jim Cattron, former owner of the company.

The 79-year-old founder of the company on Monday said he sold his majority shares, that Waverly Inc. now holds the majority of the company's stock and senior managers in the company have a minority interest.

Terms of the deal weren't released except that senior managers at Cattron will remain in place.
