A Volant area man who police say crashed his car while driving more than 100 mph and ran away from the accident that left three of his passengers seriously injured will face the charges in Mercer County court.

Matthew W. Brua, 22, George Washington Road, is charged by state police with aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment, failure to notify police of an accident and other charges stemming from an April 10 wreck on South Center Street in Pine Township. District Justice Lawrence Silvis, Worth Township, ordered the charges held to court Wednesday.
