The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. And it looks as though Minority Health Center's Heart and Soul Connection exercise program is off to a good start. About 40 participants in the "Walking Divas" summer program came out Monday afternoon for a brisk walk on the Farrell Area High School track. Dora Bailey, 52, of Farrell said the program will help with her diabetes. |
