Representatives of the Pennsylvania Emissions Team were on hand Tuesday night for the association's spring meeting in Hermitage to provide updated information and answer questions from somewhat skeptical garage owners and mechanics. Those representatives included Leslie Beck, an executive program manager for MCI Government Markets, which is contracted by PennDOT to manage the state's emissions-testing program, and John Ott, a regional operations manager for Parsons, an MCI subcontractor and worldwide corporation with a regional office in Butler County. |
