sewer expansion plan By Sherris Moreira-Byers Herald Staff Writer About 80 businesses and residences in Coolspring Township may be hooking to Mercer's sewage system, if borough council and township supervisors agree on the terms. About 55 businesses and residences in the township already have borough sewer service. The additional hook-ups will involve expanding the system, specifically improving the main interceptor line. "It would be making our sewer system capable of handling the addition to its flow," said Mercer borough secretary Debbie Scruci. |
