gets go-ahead By Lauri Galentine Herald Writer A main water line replacement project begun in 1999 will finally be completed this year. Stoneboro council Wednesday authorized council President Fred Houser and Councilman Henry Pearce to proceed with financing for the project through Mercer County State Bank. They also gave their approval for the project to get under way as soon as the money is in place. The replacement involves half a mile of 8-inch pipe that has already been purchased. |
