faces charges in court All charges against a Farrell man who allegedly fought with an off-duty Sharon policeman have been waived to Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Anthony E. Pollock, 34, of 1117 Bond St., appeared Thursday before District Justice James E. McMahon, Sharon. Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana, criminal mischief, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person were waived to court without any testimony. The charges stem from an incident May 30 when Pollock was driving in front of an off-duty patrolman and motioned for him to pass, police said. When the patrolman passed Pollock's car, Pollock began yelling and stopped his car, police said. |
