Rick Hale, president and chief executive officer of the charter company based at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, said the business has complied with all requests and no information had been seized by officials.

He said Winner Aviation wasn't the target of an investigation and the company had no understanding of the content or value of the information it was asked to release.
