A court hearing for a Southwest Mercer County Regional patrolman charged with drunken and careless driving was waived last week to Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Sherwood Burke Raymer, 30, of 108 18th St., Sharpsville, was arrested in early May in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue after his pickup hit a parked car in Sharpsville, a police affidavit said.
