The 2003-04 budget adopted by Commodore Perry School Board Monday increases spending but holds the line on taxes.

The final spending plan is a revised version of the tentative package presented last month.

Instead of the $6,682,130 presented last month, the final package totals $6,782,130, an increase of $100,000 in expenditures.
