A Pennsylvania state trooper was involved in a car chase that ended with a man using his car as a weapon against the policeman, state police said.

The incident started at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday when trooper Robert Perrine and another trooper were inspecting a truck along state Route 173 in Sandy Creek Township. The troopers saw a white Chevrolet Camaro with equipment violations being driven erratically.
