Mark A. McNulty, who was found dead June 6 off Lynnwood Avenue in Hermitage, died of a mixture of heroin and cocaine, said Mercer County Deputy Coroner Cris H. Loutzenhiser.

"Both of those levels were what we call toxic range," Loutzenhiser said of toxicology tests that he received Monday.

The manner of death has been ruled accidental, Loutzenhiser said.

McNulty was known to have had drug problems in the past, but family members thought he had kicked the habit.
