opens bigger bookstore The Westminster College Bookstore has reopened in the $14 million Andrew J. McKelvey Campus Center, which opened in May. "Our customers are excited about our expanded space in this gorgeous building,'' said Linda Butler, bookstore clerk. "I'm proud to be here. It's a little like moving into a new house ... we are still finding out where things fit.'' According to Larry Ratvasky, owner's representative at Westminster College, the bookstore area has changed a great deal since its original location in Walton-Mayne. The old bookstore area in Walton-Mayne Union Building was 1,250 square feet, but the new bookstore has nearly doubled in size to 2,400 square feet. The textbook area has also increased from 825 square feet to 1,275 square feet. |
