A Hermitage man charged with vehicular homicide in the death of another city man turned himself in Thursday at the office of District Justice Henry J. Russo, Hermitage.

Seth A. Mikulin, 23, of 3576 Pleasant Drive, was charged Monday with homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while driving drunk, drunken driving and driving on the wrong side of the road.

He was arraigned by Russo and released after posting $30,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.
