When Timothy Craig said the Maplewood Drive-Springwood Drive area of South Pymatuning Township has an "extreme water issue," he wasn't talking about the recent spate of storms that have caused flooding throughout the county.

"Every single rainfall that's not a mist, you get water down the road," the resident of 3096 Maplewood said Tuesday.

Shirley Sternthal of 3066 Maplewood said water washes out the gravel in her driveway and floods her basement.
