An unidentified man, found in an alley in Farrell early Saturday, remains in critical condition at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, police said Tuesday.

No one has stepped forward to identify the man whom police found unconscious in the 600 block of Fruit and Wallis avenues. He had no identification on him.

The man is to undergo surgery today, said Southwest Mercer County Regional Police Chief Riley Smoot Jr.
